Fritz Neumann - Ric (1897–1984) - Etching, handsigned, 1960

Fritz Neumann (1897–1984). Also known by the pseudonym "Ric." Etching hansigned ("Ric") by the German artist. Circa 1960. Publisher: Josef Carl Blumenberg (with "JCB" embossed stamp). Unknown print run. Very rare, like all of the artist's prints. An example of the famous seascapes with sailboats that the artist sold in the United States, where he was especially admired. Cubist and Neo-Expressionist influences are evident in these etchings by Ric, which possess his own unmistakable style. Size: 66 x 55.5 cm. Very well preserved. Controlled foxing is visible in the images. The etching was framed and has remnants of the mounting on the back.
