This is a Louis Philippe gilded clock. (circa 1830–1840)
- Made of gilded bronze.
- The clock features a figure of a seated woman reading a letter.
- The base is decorated with detailed foliate work.
- The movement is integrated into a rocky landscape beside the figure.
- Napoleon III ormolu clock.
