Description from the seller
Luxman T-530 - Audiophile FM/AM Digital Synthesizer Tuner - Rosewood Case - Excellent (Near Mint) Condition
Selling a vintage Luxman T-530 (also known as the T-02 in some markets) is a treat for any hi-fi enthusiast.
This unit, part of Luxman’s "Studio Standard" era (1982–1986), is highly regarded for its warm, musical sound and that iconic champagne-and-wood aesthetic.
The Luxman T-530 is a true masterpiece of Japanese audio engineering. Renowned as one of the most musical digital tuners ever produced, the T-530 was designed to offer the precision of digital tuning with the "liquid" and warm sonic characteristics typically reserved for high-end analog gear.
This unit features Luxman’s proprietary C.A.T. (Computer Analyzed Tuning) system, which automatically optimizes the reception parameters (High Blend, IF Bandwidth, and Anti-Birdie filter) to ensure the cleanest possible signal. Whether you are a dedicated DXer or a casual listener, the T-530 provides a dead-silent background and a wide, holographic soundstage.
The unit is in superb aesthetic condition with a beautiful rosewood-grain finish. Fully tested and perfectly functional. The display is bright and crisp.
Why this belongs in your rack:
- Perfect Aesthetic Match: The ideal companion for the Luxman L-510 or L-530 integrated amplifiers.
- Engineering Excellence: Featuring a 6-gang-equivalent FM front end for superior selectivity.
- Timeless Design: The champagne gold faceplate and rosewood-style cabinet represent the pinnacle of 1980s high-end audio design.
