Ancient Masonic Box made in the late 19th century-- in excellent condition
It features a detailed pattern and color inscriptions, intricately hand-painted; the box is made of Fine Limoges porcelain in ultra-white tone with a brass clasp bearing the characteristic motif of the three tools: hammer, triangle, tool. inscriptions of the Lodge BEAUTE, FORCE, SAGESSE on the inner cover; it reads La MISE en SEURE in scarlet letters. maker's mark on the inside and the reverse in green tone with "three points forming a triangle"--
A collectible piece difficult to find due to its age, features, symbolism and its excellent condition, impeccable!
