It's a piece of exceptional professional quality, ideal for cooking or for a characterful decoration.
Specifications:
• Weight: 2.413 kg (heavy-thickness copper for perfect heat diffusion).
• Brand: Stamped "E. DEHILLERIN PARIS" clearly visible on the side.
• Materials: Solid red copper and 'ears' handles in bronze/brass.
• Manufacture: Artisan with 3 copper rivets per handle, guaranteeing robustness and longevity.
• Condition: Very beautiful vintage condition with a superb patina
Used by the great chefs, the Dehillerin basins allow even sugar cooking without sticking. It is a lifetime utensil that gains value with time.
