Absolutely fantastic, rare and enormous, even a very large wall console entirely made of hand-carved wood by Portuguese artisans.
From the 19th century, it has acquired over its lifetime a darker tone, but is covered with antique gold leaf, of which you can still see broad traces.
In the form of a shelf, very imposing and striking, it features as decoration three winged putti, with angel wings, among vegetal motifs.
It has a flaw on one of the sides that I tried to show in the photos; it is not something visible from the front of the piece, you mainly notice it from behind, and it does not affect the structure of the piece which is very solid, very robust.
