Six lithographed bottles of 500 ml of organic extra-virgin olive oil produced by Azienda agricola Antonino Centonze, Sicily - Italy.
Lithographed bottles with reproductions of some Sicilian locations.
High-density and velvety organic oil. Deep green color with yellow-gold reflections.
Spicy and herbal, clean and persistent. Medium, rounded and full fruity flavor.
Great balance with a tomato and sweet almond finish.
Ideal on fish both raw and cooked, but also on legumes soups, red meats and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a true “unicum” because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundant in the tufaceous rock on which they rise majestically.
The location imparts to the olives and the oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
