Batch consisting of 6 bottles of 500 ml of extra-virgin olive oil "Biolio Casa di Latomie" produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily, Italy.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Riserva Blend".
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, round and full.
Great balance with a finish of tomato, almond and artichoke.
Ideal on all fish but also on legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a true "unicum" thanks to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundantly present in the tufa rock on which they majestically stand.
The location transmits to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, although Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic strength typical of Sicilian cultivars.
Centonze oil is characterized, like a pure food, as ideal to exalt all the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
