Lot consisting of 4 bottles of 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
Bottle CAPRI - Reserve Blend 500 ml.
Spicy and herbaceous, bright and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, rounded and full.
Great balance with a tomato, almond and artichoke finish.
Ideal with all fish but also with legume soups, red meats, cheeses and all vegetable-based dishes.
UNICO oil.
Our oil is a “unicum” precisely because of the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the minerals abundant in the tufa rock on which they majestically stand.
The location transmits to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, although Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced organoleptic strength notes typical of Sicilian cultivars.
Centonze oil is characterized, as a pure and ideal food to enhance all the flavors of Mediterranean cuisine, with its green color, fruity aroma and a rich and complex aromatic composition.
