Paillard C8 Double 8 video camera, in very good physical condition and tested working, with a D-mount and serial number 679940, dating to the 1950s.

This beautiful video camera has been tested and found to be working. It shows light signs of use.
Film format: The camera uses Double 8mm film (also known as Standard 8), where a 16mm reel is exposed on both sides and is cut in the middle after development.
Lens mounting: Equipped with a D-mount, allowing lenses to be easily swapped. Common standard lenses on this model are the Lytar 12.5mm f/2.5 or the Yvar 12.5mm f/2.8.
Drive: The camera operates entirely mechanically with a spring motor. You must wind the camera by hand before you can shoot.
Construction: The housing is made of sturdy metal, finished with black leather or artificial leather and chrome details, giving it a typical 1950s look.
