Car lamp - Porsche - 992.1 CUP - 2023

I am selling an authentic, race-used right headlight from a Porsche 992.1 GT3 Cup car. This specific part was pulled directly from the paddock at the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland 2024, following the action-packed Race 7 at the Hungaroring (HUN). It belonged to the Cup car driven by S. Spreng, bearing the authentic battle scars of high-stakes, wheel-to-wheel racing. The Story & Provenance: This headlight was involved in a crash during Race 7. As the race teams were packing up to leave the Hungaroring, this damaged part was left behind by the team. I approached the team personnel directly, and they kindly gave me permission to take it home. It is 100% genuine and comes with a real trackside story. Condition & Functionality: Please read carefully—this item is being sold as a piece of race memorabilia, but it holds great potential for repair: Functionality: I do not have the equipment to test the electronics at home, so it is sold as untested. However, immediately following the crash during the live race, this headlight was still visibly illuminated and functioning perfectly on the track. Damage: The outer "glass" (lens) is shattered/missing, and the rear housing has sustained some crash damage. Repairability: The visible damage is limited to the housing and the lens. For those familiar with Porsche parts, both the housing and the glass are easily available and represent a straightforward fix if your goal is to restore it to working order. You can choose to source the replacement lens and housing to restore it, or display it exactly as it is: raw, race-worn, and packed with Hungarian Grand Prix circuit history.
