Art Nouveau Ceiling Lamp – Pressed Glass Floral Bowl – c. 1920–1930
Beautiful Art Nouveau / early Art Deco ceiling lamp with a large pressed glass bowl featuring an elegant floral and foliage relief decoration. The lamp emits a warm golden light and creates a very atmospheric effect when illuminated.
The bowl is made of moulded frosted glass with amber/yellow tint, decorated with stylised flowers and leaves typical of early 20th-century design. The glass shows fine relief details and radial lines from the centre, enhancing the diffusion of the light.
The lamp is suspended with three metal chains connected to a ceiling canopy. The fixture likely dates to circa 1920–1930, a period when floral Art Nouveau motifs remained popular in lighting design.
The light spreads softly through the satin glass, producing a warm amber glow that highlights the relief pattern beautifully.
