Tail clock - Wood, Brass - 1960-1970 - Warmink wall clock

a fine vintage/antique mechanical wall clock from Warmink, housed in a wooden case with a glass door, fitted with 2 weights, a pendulum, and a decorative dial with Roman numerals. At the top there is a moon phase indicator, which makes this model extra decorative and desirable.

The clock is branded Warmink and also bears on the interior a small plate from J.W. van Arkel, at the time a seller/jeweler. It is a mechanical weight-driven clock that runs on chains.

Condition / operation
The clock has not been professionally tested or recently serviced. I can still hear it tick and see the hands continue to move, and I can also hear the bell rung loudly, but it still needs to be adjusted / checked further to function correctly and reliably. Visually the clock is in a beautiful, authentic condition appropriate to its age and use, with normal signs of aging and wear.
