Preziose rarissime due tazze con piattini di cristallo con sovrapposizione (cased glass) blu cobalto intagliato a mano e trasparente (cut-to-clear), una tecnica resa famosa dalla regione storica della Boemia. Il dato che sono fatti a mano si evince vedendo piccole differenze tra una e l'altra.
Il set presenta una colorazione blu intenso con sezioni trasparenti intagliate, un classico esempio di vetro "cased overlay" (cristallo rivestito). Le tazze ed i piattini sono volutamente diversi traloro per esaltare l'artigianalita' del lavoro.
Il cristallo di Boemia è rinomato per la sua brillantezza e qualità, ed è considerato tra i più pregiati al mondo. 
Questi oggetti sono considerati oggetti d'antiquariato ricercato, con molti esemplari risalenti al XIX secolo. 
Il design sfaccettato e intagliato ne esalta la lucentezza e il colore.
