Antique Dutch dice game “Boerenschroom”.
Wooden game box with original lithographic cards, rules, and dice.
Dating: circa 1890–1910.
The set includes:
wooden game box with compartmentalisation
original game cards (including “Secretary”)
original rules
dice including letter dice S and B
This humorous party game was played in the Netherlands as a pub or family game, where players win or pay money or coins from a pot depending on the dice.
Condition: used with signs of age, light wear to paper and a small tear in the bottom of the box (see photos).
