Description from the seller
Here is a beautiful Philips Space Age record player from the 1970s, known in France as CURLING and POMPON in the Netherlands and in Germany
operates on AC mains 110 / 127 / 220 / 240 or 6 x 1.5-volt LR14 batteries not supplied (it is currently set to 220/240 volts)
a 6-transistor electrophone with 3 diodes
it can play 33, 45, 78 rpm records, with automatic stop at the end of the disc, the sapphire is in very good condition and it has its 45 rpm adapter
The overall condition is excellent, very close to new, complete and fully serviced by a technician/collector, with replacement of defective components; it works impeccably with remarkable sound, and what a Space Age design!
