This is a vintage oval pendant made of white gold; probably form Italy.

In the center we find a layer stone cameo of an elegant lady. She is delicately carved in a sardonyx stone making het profile stand out in white against a darker back ground.

The whole is made of 14ct white gold and marked 585.

The 28 surrounding diamonds are single cut and the total weight is 0.26 as marked on the bail.

Nice classic piece for everyday waer.
