Lotto consisting of 4 bottles (2 Capri line and 2 Sabina line) of 500 ml each, Extra Virgin Olive Oil produced by Azienda Agricola Centonze Antonino, Sicily - Italy.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Riserva Blend".
Spicy and herbaceous, clean and persistent.
Medium-light fruity flavor, rounded and full.
Great balance with a tomato, almond and artichoke finish.
Ideal on all fish but also on legume soups, red meats, cheeses, and all vegetable-based dishes.
Our oil is a “uniqueness” in its own right due to the characteristics of the place where it is produced. In fact, the olive trees are nourished by the mineral abundant in the tufaceous rock on which they stand majestically.
The location imparts to the olives and oil an unexpected sensory harmony, even though Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, and Biancolilla are characterized by pronounced notes of organoleptic intensity typical of Sicilian cultivars.
