Batch 2019-01E of Booker’s iconic small batch bourbon aged for 6 years and 3 months, and was bottled in 2019 at 125.9 proof. The bourbon has rich aromas of vanilla, caramel, brown sugar and oak on the nose, and a deep and complex palate with notes of vanilla, charred oak, tobacco and licorice. Booker’s Bourbon pays homage to Booker Noe (1929-2004), Jim Beam’s Master Distiller for over forty years. He retired in 1992, and his son Fred Noe has since become the distillery’s Master Distiller.
