Longines grail quartz polshorloge uit 1982. Referentienr 6183. Het caliber 950  kwam uit in 1978 en was op dat moment s werelds dunste quartz movement met centrale secondenwijzer, datumaanduiding én time-zone changing systeem voor gebruik tijdens reizen. Revolutionair in die tijd

Vergulde kast van ca 30mm excl kroon bij ca 35mm lug to lug, met ouderdoms- en draagsporen
Wijzerplaat met enige ouderdomspatina.
Datumaanduiding thv de "3"
Time-zone changing systeem = Kroon stand 1 --> telkens je aan de kroon draait verspringen de wijzers een uur en zo kan je tijdens reizen of bij het overschakelen van winter- naar zomertijd en vice versa snel de jusite tijd / tijdszone instellen. Je kan zo ook de datum instellen: je draait door of terug tot je aan de gewenste datum zit. dit kan dus zowel voorwaarts als achterwaarts. Deze functie was in 1978 revolutionair.
Om het uur in te stellen moet je de kroon uittrekken naar stand 2!

Onderhoudsgeschiedenis en werking: Het horloge is voor zien van het revolutionaire Longines 950 quartz movement en is in goede werkende staat. Echter de onderhoudsgeschiedenis is me onbekend! Een periodiek onderhoud alvorens ingebruikname is aanbevolen. Laatste batterij wissel dateert uit 04/2025.

Kortom een tophorloge van een topmerk met het revolutionair Longines 950 quartz movement. Dit is een gezocht horloge en een must have voor elke Longines liefhebber
