Coffee or tea service in solid sterling silver 800, crafted by the historic shop of D'Angelo Gaetano in Palermo (mark 17 PA). The set is an excellent example of Italian craftsmanship from the mid-20th century, featuring an timeless Neoclassical/Empire-inspired style.
The set consists of 4 coordinated pieces:
Coffee Pot / Teapot: Slender, with finely worked spout, insulated handle and a pinecone-shaped knop.
Sugar Bowl: With removable lid and coordinated beaded decoration.
Milk Jug: With clean lines and a wide mouth.
Oval Tray: Magnificent piece with a pierced gallery-border, supported on four shell-shaped feet.
Technical Details:
Material: Silver 800 (hallmarked on each piece).
Origin: Italy (Palermo).
Marks: "800" and "17 PA" (Argenteria D'Angelo Gaetano).
Total Weight: 670 grams.
