Description:
Offered is an antique toy doll pram in the form of a classic stroller, dating from around 1900–1930. The model is made from a combination of metal and woven rattan/wickerwork, characteristic for toys from this period.

The pram features a richly worked woven basket in reddish brown tones, mounted on a metal frame with three-spoke wheels. The front is designed as a kind of tricycle construction with steering and pedal mechanism, which gives the whole a playful and decorative character. The saddle and handles are wooden, providing an authentic and craftsmanlike appearance.

This type of toy was mainly produced in Europe, particularly in Germany and France, and was intended as luxury toy for children or as a decorative object.
