Here is an offering of 7 different antique foam sieves. Historically used for skimming soups, broths, or preserves. Made of yellow brass, with iron and copper handles. Equipped with perforated holes to let liquid drain while the solids stay behind. Still usable, also very decorative in a country-style kitchen. Dimensions: 68–53–51–49–48–44–44 cm long.
