Table lamp - Bronze - Louis XV Style

Charming Rococo-style (Louis XV) bedside lamp of French origin, dating from the late 19th century or early 20th century.

The central figure, the visual axis of the piece, is a cherub (putti) cast in bronze with a gilded patina, in a dynamic pose, captured in a supporting gesture on the decorative shaft. The level of detail in the modeling is fantastic.

The main structure is adorned with interlaced acanthus leaves that rise organically toward the lamp holder. The base, with sinuous and asymmetrical shapes typical of the Rocaille style, rests on elegant volute feet that ensure stability and distinction.

Dimensions 38 cm high, 18 cm wide and 15 cm deep.
