Orders and messages are managed in chronological order. • TECHNICAL INFORMATION (Please read carefully): For all watches, the proper functioning is verified before they are shipped. For all watches with a date feature, to avoid possible damage to the watch mechanism, do not manually adjust the date with the crown if the time on the watch is between 8:00 PM and 3:00 AM. This rule applies to all watches with a date complication. Warranty Information (Please Read Carefully) We specify that you will not receive any tax document with the goods, as all online transactions conducted by us are recorded in the sales register in accordance with current legislation in Italy. The invoice or fiscal receipt is mandatory only if requested by the customer immediately after payment. To avail oneself of the warranty, you must present only and exclusively the card you will receive with the watch. IMPORTANT: If a customer outside Europe needs warranty assistance or wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they will be responsible for all import/export costs.
