Canonet 28 + Canolite D Flash Rangefinder Camera, + Canon paraattas.
The Canonet 28 35mm rangefinder camera, introduced in 1969.
The lens is a fixed bright 40mm f/2.8 Canon lens. It features fully programmed automatic exposure with shutter speeds from 1/30 to 1/600 (displayed by the meter needle in the viewfinder) and manual control of the f-stops for flash (f/2.8–f/16). The film speed range for automatic exposure is from 25 to 400 ASA.
It uses a Copal leaf shutter and has a coupled rangefinder.
The camera is supplied with a fresh PX625 battery.
This Canonet was marketed from 1969 to 1974 and was one of the last heavyweight rangefinder cameras.
The Canonet 28 rangefinder had a brief moment of Hollywood stardom, used by the title character in John Waters' 1994 film Pecker.
The Canon Canolite D is a flash unit specially designed for the Canonet camera series.
With a guide number of 16 at 100 ASA and its compact size, it is a perfect flash to use with the Canonet.
