Sasanian bronze decorated vessel, circa 224–651 AD, with ribbed upper body, about 14 cm high and 8 cm in diameter, in very good condition with a rich patina and original authenticity.

Ancient Sasanian bronze vessel with ribbed decoration on the upper body. Very rare in this excellent condition and quality.
The form is well-balanced and typical of Sasanian metalwork, reflecting both functional design and refined craftsmanship. Vessels of this type were used in daily life for the storage or serving of liquids.
Overall, an attractive and well-preserved example of early Persian metalwork.
Height: ± 14 cm
Diameter top: ± 8 cm
Good solid condition, excellent glossy and outstanding patina, small pressure crack on the bottom (see image). The surface presents a rich, naturally developed patina and signs of wear consistent with age and use.
