Description from the seller

Junghans – Antique Wall Clock – Oak Case – Rod Gong – Germany – Early 20th Century

Elegant antique wall clock produced by Junghans, one of the most respected German clock manufacturers of the late 19th and early 20th century.

The clock dates from the early 20th century (circa 1910–1920) and is housed in a solid oak case with refined yet restrained decorative elements typical for German export models of that period. The clean lines and balanced proportions make it suitable for both classic and modern interiors.

The clock features a metal dial (18 cm diameter) with clear Arabic numerals and an additional inner 24-hour scale. The original hands and glass are preserved.
Inside is the original Junghans mechanical movement, clearly signed, which has been cleaned and is in full working order.

The clock strikes the hours and half hours on a rod gong, producing a pleasant and characteristic bim-bam sound.
The clock is complete with pendulum and winding key and remains in very well-preserved original condition.

Height: 67 cm (26.4 in)
Width: 32 cm (12.6 in)
Depth: 17 cm (6.7 in)

The clock will be carefully packed and shipped with great attention to safety.
