Description from the seller

Silver obsidian is a natural volcanic stone, formed by the rapid cooling of lava. Unlike classic black obsidian, this variety features silvered and metallic reflections, due to microscopic inclusions of gas or minerals trapped during solidification. When light hits the surface, a bright, almost mirrored effect is created, that seems to move within the sphere.

The spherical shape enhances these features:
- the smooth and polished surface reflects the surrounding environment uniformly
- the silver glints appear dynamic, giving visual depth
- the overall effect is elegant, mysterious and hypnotic

Weight: 810g
Diameter: 8.9cm
