Offered: a very fine and rare Marantz Esotec SC-6 preamplifier from the high-end Esotec series. This model belongs to the better designs from Marantz and is known for its musical, open sound and exceptional build quality.

The SC-6 is a serious audiophile preamp with extensive adjustment options. Equipped with dual phono inputs (MM/MC with adjustable impedance), separate tone control per channel, loudness settings, filters and extensive tape monitoring. Suitable for both vinyl enthusiasts and a complete high-end vintage setup.

The design is typical Marantz: a heavy metal housing, thick aluminum front panel and original wooden side panels. The layout is clear and functional, with the classic 1970s look that is highly sought after today.

Technically the unit functions as intended. All functions work as expected. Visually it's in neat condition with light signs of use appropriate to its age.
