This lot features a classic Minolta SR-1 35mm film SLR camera paired with the renowned MINOLTA AUTO ROKKOR-PF 55mm f/1.8 lens. Manufactured in Japan, the SR-1 represents an important era of mechanical SLR development, valued for its robust construction and timeless design.
The camera shows typical signs of use for its age, including minor scratches and slight corrosion, but remains in relatively good condition overall. Basic mechanical functions such as shutter operation and self-timer have been confirmed, although film testing has not been performed.
The included Rokkor 55mm f/1.8 lens is a highly regarded standard lens, known for its sharp rendering and pleasing bokeh. The optics are clear, with only minor dust visible under strong light and no major defects such as fungus or haze.
This is an excellent collectible or entry point into vintage film photography, suitable for both display and practical use.
