Description from the seller
Philips tube radio model B3X70U from 1957
The battery (bakelite) is in very good condition with no cracks or breaks; see clear photos.
The radio shines nicely despite its 69 years.
The radio works and picks up several stations, especially in the evening. This depends on your antenna and living environment.
Dial lighting glows nicely.
Dimensions: 33 x 17 x 20 cm; see photos. Weight 3.6 kg.
The radio will be very well packed and insured for shipping; local pickup is also possible.
Through the photos I show the cosmetic side of the item as accurately as possible.
Regarding the technical condition of the radio, I will note any defects I have observed. I would like to point out, however, that I am not a technician and the radios offered are often many decades old.
If you cannot accept this, I advise you not to bid. This is to avoid misunderstandings between buyer and seller.
Item will not be shipped to Greece.
Because despite the very good packaging (see feedback) few items arrive in good condition, and because reclaiming the radios involves very high shipping costs of €80.00 and more, sorry about that!
