Zodra uw bestelling is verzonden, ontvangt u een Track & Trace code waarmee u uw pakket kunt volgen. Het is belangrijk om deze code goed in de gaten te houden. Als u niet thuis bent op het moment van levering, kan het pakket door de bezorger worden teruggestuurd naar ons of naar een afhaalpunt worden gebracht. Houd er rekening mee dat wij de kosten voor een eventuele nieuwe verzending niet vergoeden; deze zijn altijd voor eigen rekening.

In het geval dat u uw pakket niet heeft ontvangen of als het beschadigd is aangekomen, verzoeken wij u om onmiddellijk contact op te nemen met zowel Catawiki als ons. Wij zullen dan zo snel mogelijk met u samenwerken om een passende oplossing te vinden, zoals een terugbetaling, vervanging of reparatie van het item, afhankelijk van de specifieke situatie.

Wij besteden uiterste zorg aan de verpakking van onze items om ervoor te zorgen dat ze in goede staat aankomen. Elk item wordt zorgvuldig ingepakt met kwaliteitsmateriaal om schade tijdens het transport te voorkomen. De verzendkosten die wij in rekening brengen, omvatten ook de kosten voor het inpakken en verpakkingsmateriaal.
