Antique French figural mantel clock titled “Les Tourterelles”, after Louis & François Moreau, dating to the late 19th to early 20th century (circa 1890–1910).
A highly decorative example featuring a reclining female figure in classical dress, cast in patinated spelter with a bronze-effect finish, mounted on a black marble base. The clock retains its original dial and movement.
Condition is good overall with age-related wear. One foot has detached and will require a simple repair). Otherwise, the piece displays very well.
Movement present but untested and may require servicing.
This is a beautiful decorative piece and a perfect opportunity for light restoration to bring it back to full working order
