Shiny aluminum Champagne bucket, made for the house Moët et Chandon, in Épernay.
This cooler is equipped with grape clusters, relief grape tendrils, and also the engraved text:
"MOËT et CHANDON Fondé en 1743".
Both faces are engraved identically, sides fitted with rings that serve as handles.
The bottom is stamped, placed by the manufacturer: "M. O. D. Meaux ARGIT Made in France."
Condition: vintage condition, signs of wear, see photos. Very popular among collectors.
Dimensions: Ø18×H20 cm
Weight: 0.5 kg .

M. O. D. stands for Métaux Ouvrages et Décors, originally a manufacturer of furniture fittings in Meaux since 1926.
