The BeoCenter 2300 is an elegant all-in-one music system (CD player, radio tuner and amplifier) from the early 1990s, designed for the connoisseur of compact high-end audio and to be modularly connected to, for example, Bang & Olufsen's active speakers. The system combines typical B&O design features such as a polished aluminum front panel and automatic sliding doors with advanced functions such as the ability to name CD titles and to skip unwanted tracks. Thanks to the PowerLink outputs, the unit can be integrated into a larger system, although it does not have MasterLink connectivity, which is often noted by collectors and users. To ensure proper delivery, it is carefully packed in very sturdy boxes, wrapped in bubble wrap with plenty of packing material.
