This one-of-a-kind light object "X" was designed in a Berlin design studio and 3D-printed using a computational process.
The pendant lamp "X" is made of a matte white biopolymer based on corn starch and is biodegradable / environmentally friendly according to DIN EN ISO 14588. The material is sturdy, waterproof, and easy to clean.
The design creates a play of shadows. (see images).
The height of the lamp (excluding the socket) is 230 mm and a width of 235 mm.
The length of the cable is about 1 m and adjustable to your desired height.
Each 3-D print has a necessary, fine, and visible seam that holds the object together.
