Dési van Rhee

Die Obstschale besteht aus 875 Silber. Die Schale ist an den Rändern und am Henkel kunstvoll verziert. Der Henkel funktioniert mit einem Klappscharnier. Das Objekt wurde in Russland in St. Petersburg hergestellt.  Die vier Stempel besagen, dass sie von dem russischen Beschaumeister A.T. im Jahr 1846 geprüft und gestempelt. Dort erfahren wir auch das es sich um eine russische Obstschale 84 Ziolotniki, die in St. Petersburg gefertigt wurde handelt. Die letzte Punze hat das typische Zeichen für St. Petersburg (Zepter mit gekreuzten Ankern). Die Gravur wurde meist im Auftrag der Besitzer angebracht, oft zur Hochzeit oder als Erbstück.

Die Schale ist mit einer leichten Patina überzogen. Was aber kein Qualitätsmängel ist. Insgesamt befindet sie sich in einem guten Zustand.
