Large WMF table lamp with porcelain body – Art Nouveau around 1900–1925
For sale is an exceptionally decorative and high-quality table lamp from the WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik) house, dating to the late Art Nouveau to early Art Deco period (ca. 1900–1925).
The substantial metal base bears the original embossed WMF monogram as well as a historical maker's label. The finish points to a quality manufacture of the imperial era.
The bulbous porcelain body is richly decorated in ivory white with cobalt blue and turquoise sections as well as fine gold ornaments and floral elements. The gilding is partly relief-decorated, giving the lamp a particularly elegant effect.

• Total height: approx. 56 cm
• Lampshade diameter: approx. 45 cm
• Impressive size with a regal presence
Condition:
• Porcelain without visible cracks or restorations
• Patina on the metal due to age (original state, not polished)
• Gilding shows light signs of wear
• Electrical system functional (not tested to modern standards)
• Lampshade presumably added later
