Walnut credenza in Napoléon III style, dating from 1850–1900, made in France, with brown veneer, 150 cm wide, 53 cm deep, 107 cm high, lockable, featuring two drawers above a pair of doors and interior shelves; keys and locks are functioning; restored and treated against woodworm.
Description from the seller
Elegant walnut sideboard whose shades of golden brown fade into the darker ones. The walnut top/bureau overhangs two drawers, placed above a pair of doors, with a refined walnut veneer finish. The interior is equipped with a transverse shelf and, above it, another shelf 11 cm deep runs along the sides and back. Keys and locks are functional and decorated with brass-engraved laminates. The piece has been restored and professionally treated for woodworms with microwave treatment. The structure rests on turned feet and is solid and functional, suitable for placement in both classic and modern settings. Please assess the actual condition of the item from the photographs, as they have primary and unquestionable value. The piece is located in Rome, Aurelio, in an apartment on the 4th floor. I prefer in-person pickup for cost savings, safety, and direct verification of the item.
