Star Piece 1: Mac-Talla Mara Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky. This cask strength captures the wild sea of ​​Islay (“Mara” = sea in Gaelic), matured in ex-bourbon American oak for clean smoke and coastal freshness. Powerful and bold, with moderate peat.

• Profile: Intense campfire smoke, salted lemons, caraway, toasted teacakes with melted butter, briny seaweed, BBQ sauce, herbal chorizo, onion/garlic, and warm smoky wood; oily and full-bodied on the palate with dry smoke, subtle tar, barbecue meat, sour lemon, marzipan, black pepper, and a long finish with strong peat, salt, and balanced sweetness. Star Piece 2: Compass Box Glasgow Blended Scotch Whisky (double bottle) A tribute to Glasgow's historic tastes: high single malt (~65% Highland/Speyside/Islay), with Lowland grain, matured in sherry butts, American oak, and French oak for smoky and spicy richness. NAS, bold and comforting.

• Profile: A full nose with bold peat smoke (soot, coal fire), dried fruits (raisins, figs), sherry wine, sweet spices, and malt; on the palate, a mouth-coating sherry sweetness (fruitcake, toffee pudding), warm spice, Islay smoke punch, chocolate, and a long finish with spicy warmth and lingering sweetness. Full and rich texture.
