Only one I have, and Peter Kuper himself has only 2 left as well - he writes:
"Spy vs Spy Final: "Statue"; Stencil spray paint watercolor on paper. Art is 14” X 20.5" This is among the last full color stencils (last 2 left; each $2000)."

Stencil spray paint watercolor on paper: The artwork is created by placing stencils on paper and spraying over them with spray paint. Afterward, watercolor techniques are applied to add details or backgrounds. This is often used for a clean, graphic look mixed with the softness of watercolor.

New pages he sells ($1000 each) are B&W only - probably coloured digitally. Hand-painting each page is very time-consuming, so appearantly he stopped that.
