Beautiful set of 3 vintage Brutalist side tables by Pierre Chapo from the 1970s.

Pierre Chapo was a French furniture designer known for his craftsmanship and for using traditional wood joinery. That is: without nails or screws.
This resulted in strong and durable designs.
This type of tables is also known as nesting tables or mimiset.
They have a triangular shape with nicely rounded corners.
Still in excellent condition and very sturdy.

Pierre Chapo was een Franse meubelontwerper die bekend stond om zijn vakmanschap en die traditionele houtverbindingen gebruikte. Dit wil zeggen: zonder spijkers of schroeven. Dit resulteerde in sterke en duurzame ontwerpen.
