A full stamp album of Belgian stamps, mostly unused, including the 1999 issue 'A journey through the 20th century in 80 stamps' issued on 6 December 1999, the Blok 81 sheet of 9 Belgian comic figure stamps, the 1998 European Heritage Open Days Blok 77 sheet of 12 stamps portraying iconic monuments, a 1960 issue combining Gentse Floraliën and refugee support, and a 1966 South Pole expeditions block.

This specific issue appeared on December 6, 1999.
The illustrated sheet is the first sheet in the series and focuses on the themes of Sport, Leisure, and Personalities.
On this sheet you will find iconic figures and moments from the 20th century.
Stamp booklet, known as "Block 81", contains 9 different stamps with well-known Belgian comic characters.
Belgian stamp sheet from 1998, issued on the occasion of the European Heritage Days (Open Monument Days).
The booklet (in philately also known as Block 77) contains 12 different stamps, each depicting an iconic Belgian monument or historic buildings.
