Important console in Venetian Rococo style with shaped marble top – 19th century
Elegant antique console made of finely carved and lacquered wood, expression of Venetian Rococo taste, characterized by sinuous lines and rich foliate gold decorations in gold leaf.
The frame features cabriole legs and curved supports joined by shaped crossbars, with a prominent central carved element in a floral motif and ornamental volutes of excellent artisanal workmanship.
The upper top is shaped marble with a sinuous profile, warm rosy tones and natural veining, perfectly harmonized with the decorative elegance of the base.
The lacquer in green-gray tones with original antique patina, accompanied by gilded details, gives the piece great charm and historical authenticity.
