Description from the seller

Rosenthal Maria Porcelain Espresso Set
The stamp's inscription actually reads "Modell von Ph. Rosenthal" (Model by Ph. Rosenthal), and it holds great historical significance for this particular product.
Here's what it means:
• Founder's Ownership: This phrase emphasizes that the design (physical form or "look") of the product was developed or officially approved by the company's founder, Philip Rosenthal, personally.
• Prestige Mark: In the early 20th century, this addition served as a master's "personal signature." It distinguished some of the service sets as elite design lines from standard models created by ordinary factory workers.
• Connection to the Maria collection. This inscription is most often found on products from the Maria series (as in your photo). Philip Rosenthal created this shape in 1916 and dedicated it to his wife. "Modell von Ph. The Rosenthal label confirms that this is an original classic design developed by the company's founder.
• Dating of the product. The presence of a full inscription is typical for products produced around 1919-1935. In later editions (especially after World War II), the stamp was often simplified, and this phrase was either shortened or omitted altogether.
Summary
For a collector, this inscription is proof that the product belongs to the "golden age" of the Rosenthal Manufactory and is directly associated with its founder.

The service consists of
Coffee pot 19 cm high (1.stk)
Creamer 10 cm high. (1.stk)
