This auction features a collection of three traditional Japanese Yanagiba knives, essential tools for the precision slicing of raw fish (sashimi). These vintage pieces showcase the classic single-bevel geometry and craftsmanship of Japanese bladesmiths. Each knife bears a unique signature (Mei), representing different regions and traditions of Japanese cutlery.

Left: Signed "Yasu" (安) and "Hand-forged" (手打) on the reverse.
