V.Jerónimos - A dream in Nineveh : NO RESERVE

My works are an expression of a diverse range of influences, from Italian Arte Povera to artists such as Hieronymus Bosch and Louise Bourgeois. The writings of Samuel Beckett and the Theatre of the Absurd have also significantly shaped my artistic development. Stanisław Lem’s literary work Solaris has further inspired me, opening a new source of inspiration for my current projects. While my pictorial practice primarily focuses on portraiture and figurative painting, I have also explored abstract work since the beginning of my career, alongside sculpture, bio-art, and experimental art.
