This multifunctional storage cabinet is a true design icon and is part of the permanent collections of, among others, MoMA in New York and the Triennale di Milano.
The Boby trolley was designed in 1970 by Joe Colombo, a visionary Italian designer known for his futuristic and functional approach to living and working. Colombo firmly believed in modular systems and flexibility within interior spaces. Principles that are perfectly expressed in this trolley.
Shortly after its introduction, the Boby trolley won the prestigious SMAU Award (1971), underscoring its innovative character. Since then, the design has grown into a timeless example of Italian industrial design.
