Since the 17th century the Giusti family has cared for its Aceto Balsamico, passing down a recipe that translates into complex harmony of flavors and into excellence products appreciated worldwide.
A precious wooden casket contains five bottles of 250 ml each of the highly valued ACETO BALSAMICO DI MODENA IGP.
1 BOTTIGLIA "UNA MEDAGLIA D'ARGENTO" 250 ML.
Characterized by a rich aroma and a good, rounded balsamic acidity, the “Medaglia d’Argento” represents a strongly aromatic product, capable of enhancing with its intensity the flavor of the dishes to which it is added. To be used both raw and in cooking.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In French oak casks from 1900 with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from centuries-old cask batteries.
1 BOTTIGLIA "DUE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - IL CLASSICO" 250 ML.
A historic product of Acetaia Giusti, the “il Classico” is a balsamic of great versatility, suitable for both cooking and direct raw use. Of good density and excellent sweet-sour balance, it is characterized by scents of ripe fruit and notes of licorice and black pepper.
Ingredients: Cooked grape must, aged wine vinegar.
Aging: In barriques, with addition of already aged balsamic vinegar drawn from batteries of centuries-old casks.
1 BOTTIGLIA "TRE MEDAGLIE D'ORO - RICCARDO GIUSTI" DA 250 ML.
Dedicated to the grandfather who invented the recipe at the beginning of the 20th century, it is made from musts of mature and dried grapes. Aromas of plum jam and red fruit intertwine with honey and vanilla notes in this very dense and sweet balsamic, perfect for dressing raw various preparations, from sweet to savory.

Born to celebrate the Giusti family's 400 years, the “Quarto Centenario” is an extremely full-bodied balsamic, rich in aromas and scents of ripe fruit accompanied by notes of tobacco, roasted coffee and hints of wood derived from long aging.
